QUOTES FROM TODD

Woodbridge continues to travel to regional centres in the lead-up to the Australian Open. He knows, from personal experience, that meeting a high profile sportsperson can inspire young kids to great things.

"I am sure it helps," he said.

"I've only got to look back as a kid and remember the pivotal moments that I met great players like Tony Roche, John Newcombe, John Alexander.

I met Ken Rosewall at my local tennis club when I was 11 and they were all strong motivational memories for me.

For some kids, it may not be their thing, but there may be one kid who might get something great out of me being here today and that's what you hope can happen.''
